The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 2203-0177A, 2024 ABCA 148, dated May 6, 2024, was heard on February 19, 2025, and the Court on that day delivered the following judgment orally:
The Chief Justice — We are all of the view that the appeal should be dismissed, substantially for the reasons of the majority of the Court of Appeal of Alberta. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed.
JUGEMENT
